Architecture and infrastructure of the object is plaited in the Coastal Landscape Park. The
surroundings of century forest as well as the Baltic Sea and the beach, which is separated from us only by exciting view from the rock, make this area a unique, exciting and magic place. The location
in the most picturesque part of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, near the beacon lighthouse ROZEWIE, where Stefan Żeromski has "Wind from the Sea" written and not far from the most popular coastal cities:
Jastrzębia Góra, Władysławowo, Chałupy, Jastarnia, Jurata. Near Hel, the favourite coast part of all kitesurfing and windsurfing lovers, there is a pool with the fur seals that offers super entertainment
for children and adults.
It's a place, which is situated so close to the coast that you won't feel lack of ideas for adventures, but it's also so far from noise and rush, that you will easily
forget about the everyday life.

your own unique place to live, having max. 3 neighbours.
Among the apartments of different size (from the small to almost 100 m2) you will easily find the one, where you feel the most comfortable.
In the every apartment you will have everything close at hand: the separate completely equipped kitchen, convenient chairs and a sitting-room on a terrace, surrounded with the century forest.
